Agreement

By booking a service through wordentennislab.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or book a service.

What we offer

Worden Tennis Lab provides remote video-based tennis coaching services — technical stroke analysis, full match breakdowns, and personalized development sessions — delivered by Molly Worden based on footage you submit. Our analysis reflects Molly's professional coaching judgment; it is coaching feedback, not a guarantee of results, injury prevention, or improved match outcomes.

Booking and payment

Prices are shown on the Site at the time of booking and are charged in full at checkout through Stripe. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; changes won't affect a service you've already paid for.

Sending your footage

After booking, you'll upload your footage through our video submission form. Please make sure the name and email you provide match your order exactly — we use them to match your footage to your payment. We aren't responsible for delays caused by footage that's difficult to match to an order, missing, or doesn't meet the guidelines on the submission form.

Cancellations and refunds

• If you haven't yet uploaded your footage, you can request a full refund at any time by emailing us.
• Once your footage has been submitted and Molly has begun reviewing it, the booking is final and non-refundable, since her time on your analysis has already started.
• If something goes wrong on our end — footage lost due to a technical issue, or an analysis that clearly wasn't delivered as described — email us and we'll make it right, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Turnaround time

We aim to deliver your analysis within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your footage, but exact turnaround isn't guaranteed and may vary based on demand.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to share the footage you submit with us, and that doing so doesn't violate anyone else's rights. You retain ownership of your footage; we use it only to provide your analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided for informational and coaching purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worden Tennis Lab isn't liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of our analysis or attempts to apply it during play or practice. Always use your own judgment and, where relevant, consult a qualified professional (such as a physician) before making changes based on coaching feedback.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
