Who we are

Worden Tennis Lab ("we," "us," "our") provides remote tennis coaching services, including video and match analysis. This policy explains what information we collect when you use wordentennislab.com (the "Site") or book a service, and how we use it. If you have questions, contact us at hello@wordentennislab.com.

Information we collect

• Booking information: your name and email address, collected when you pay for a service through Stripe.
• Footage and notes: the video you upload, along with your name, email, and any notes you provide, collected through our video upload form (hosted on Google Forms).
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number or banking details — Stripe handles that in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Usage data: we use Google Analytics to collect general information about how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, general location, device type — which is not tied to your name unless you've also submitted it elsewhere on the Site.

How we use your information

• To match your payment to your uploaded footage and deliver the analysis you booked
• To communicate with you about your booking, order, or questions you send us
• To improve the Site and our services

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below, who process it on our behalf.

Third-party services we use

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google (Forms & Drive) — collecting and storing the video footage and notes you submit
• Google Analytics — understanding how visitors use the Site
• Netlify — website hosting

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

Footage retention

We keep the footage and notes you submit for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your analysis and to refer back to for any follow-up services you book. If you'd like your footage or personal information deleted, email us at hello@wordentennislab.com and we'll remove it.

Junior players and minors

Our services are intended to be booked and paid for by an adult (a parent, guardian, or the player themselves if 18 or older). If the footage submitted is of a player under 18, the adult submitting it confirms they are that player's parent or legal guardian and are authorized to share the footage with us on the player's behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@wordentennislab.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the GDPR; we'll honor applicable requests to the extent required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
